The 5th place among almost 500 labels was won by a variety of wine from Chidira Lesvos, in a high-level event held in the hall of the “Stavros Niarchos” cultural center.
This year’s ceremony was attended by over 200 guests, among them the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Sofia Zaharakis.

A total of 460 labels took part, with the tasters choosing the best 50 that will be sold in foreign markets and will have great potential to highlight our country in global gastronomy with their aromas and taste. The 5th place was won by the wine of the “Akritos Oinos” winery at ADRISTEIA 2020.
The winery also thanked its oenologist, Evangelia Arvanitis, for this distinction.
